Seis3DOutline - create an outline polygon (for 3D seismic survey,
   or any point, polyline or polygon feature layer)
ESRI ArcMap Extension for ArcGIS 9.x and ArcGIS 10.0

This setup will install and register the extension for either
ArcGIS Desktop 9 or ArcGIS Desktop 10

This setup requires the Lynx Toolbar.
Please install Lynx ClickRelate or Lynx Rasterlink first, to
ensure that this toolbar is installed and registered in ArcMap.
